I haven't seen this before, but it sounds like odd behavior. Have you seen this when inserting into multiple files or just this particular Powerpoint? The current powerpoint may be corrupted, so you may want to import it into a new file and try it there. If it's happening across multiple files, here is information on how to repair your Articulate software.
It is happens because your PowerPoint get corrupted,in this of situation, better to go for any third party software like “remorepair PowerPoint”. When my friend was facing this type of problem, he usedthis application to repair ppt. by utilizing it he fixed ppt with in few simplesteps.
