Issue: Matching drop-down giving false "incorrect" feeedback

I have created a question two ways, Matching drag and drop and Matching drop-down, in both cases when tested in Preview mode as well as after published I am randomly getting a "false" That is incorrect response. I have triple checked in form view that I have the responses aligned correctly. I have used a different font and shaded background for some design interest so have been working in the Slide View but haven't made any changes to layout of responses and when highlighted there is no overlap that I can tell between the answer pods. Shuffle is turned off ofcourse so can't figure out what is causing this erroneous feedback.

Hi Brian,

Thanks for the reply. I ended up re-creating the question and it worked fine. I did shorten my answers slightly so not sure if it was an "overlap" issue although when in Slide View mode there didn't appear to be any overlap. At any rate if I experience it again I will send it to you.
