I'm having a problem with Articulate
13. I have an L1 survey that contains a Likert scale question that is not
reporting properly. The response from my LMS vendor is that this question is
not flagged as a SCORM reportable interaction which is why the data is not
getting passed through to the LMS report. Is there a workaround to this?
Thanks for this. We had not had this problem in the LMS before. When we started using Articulate 13, the Likert scale question is being reported as one response instead of broken out individually. I thought maybe something changed in Articulate 13. I tried recreating the tempate in 13 but received the same output.

Here is an article that explains the data that is sent to the LMS. It is up to the LMS, however, in how or if they report on the data sent.

So, unfortunately, this is an issue. Our QA Team is aware and I will add this thread for awareness and so that I can provide an update when available.
User responses are being reported in one row as opposed to separate rows in QM '09.
