Issue with weighted scores in Quizmaker
Feb 29, 2016
Hi there,
The ergonomics team here has developed an assessment for users to complete so the team can follow up with people that self report issues with their workspace setup. Each question has a different point value so that the team can determine who needs help in each section based on the score (points are assigned for the "wrong" answers). But the scores aren't coming out correctly. It seems that the total possible points varies based on which sections you answer "incorrectly" and it's not always out of the total possible points.
Any advice for correctly calculating a weighted score?
Thanks!

Hi Christie! Thanks for the reply. I did review that article and I think I have it all set up right based on that. Is there somewhere that I can dig into how Quizmaker actually calculates the scores?
Hi, Leah -- Thanks so much for your response, and while it may not be exactly what you are looking for, perhaps this article on 3 Things to Know About Scoring E-Learning Quizzes can shed a little bit more light. Hope that helps, or perhaps others in the community will have some resources they can share, as well. :)
