Issues with the 'Review' function in Articulate Quizmaker

May 10, 2011

Hi, could somebody please help me with the following issue? In the published version of my Articulate presentation, when you complete your answer in the survey quizzes and choose to review straight away, it allows you to see your answer again. However, when you navigate away from the survey question and choose to go back to it later on, when you click on the 'Review' option the commas have all changed to the following: ,

I have uploaded a document containing screen shots to show an example of this occurring.

I would be grateful if somebody could offer any advice as to why this might be happening and how to stop it from occurring each time.

Hi Rachel & welcome to Heroes,

This is a known issue.  You can avoid it in one of the following ways:

Change the Quiz Type to Graded, and republish your quiz. (http://www.articulate.com/support/quizmaker09/?p=114)

Turn off the resume feature, and republish the quiz.

Hi Rachel,

Did you clear your browser's cache when you retested the content?  Also, in the Articulate menu > Presentation Options > Publishing tab, do you have "update Quizmaker quizzes and Engage interactions before publishing" checkmarked?

If you continue to have issues, I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.

Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Send to Articulate Presenter Package – Articulate Presenter ’09 Help

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Articulate Support - Upload Your Files for Review

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.

Thanks Brian - I have cleared the cache and done as you suggested but the problem is still there - so I have uploaded it as you suggested.

I've just realised that I didn't put my Articulate version in! I'm so sorry, if it helps at this stage, it is:

Windows 7 Enterprise / PowerPoint 2007.

Thanks again for your help.

Best wishes,

Rachel
