I'm uploading content to Saba 5.3 using Quizmaker '09 and Presenter '09. I have the LMS publishing settings set to SCORM1.2, Report status to LMS as: Completed/Incomplete, Track using quiz results with passing score of 80%. So when a learner (myself) fails the quiz, I still get a Module and Overall Completion status of "Successful". Do I need to clear my cookies? Please help!!
I'm trying the SCORM test suite for Content Package Conformance on my content. It says to wait for a few minutes. How long does it usually take? Also, is the test affected if I have our company's LMS window open and previewing content there?
I'm not familiar with Saba that much but if you did complete the objective of the presentation already, that might be why it is showing as complete. See if you can reset the status and go through it again.
Also, I would not use the Test Suite. Test your content in SCORM Cloud. The Test Suite isn't going to tell you anything meaningful.
SCORM ERROR FOUND - Set Error State: 405 - cmi.interactions.n.student_response must be a valid CMIFeedback - value must be consistent with interaction type. Your value is: Admin__Clerical_Labor_(110).
Does this error have to do with how the quiz question or answer has certain characters? for this question, it has commas and parenthesis.
I'm guessing that the Success status in the SCORM cloud sandbox needs to say something other than "unknown" in order for my content to work properly. Right now on our LMS, whether I pass or fail the quiz, it shows Successful.

I would suggest you start your troubleshooting by following the steps outlined in this article:

If you did pass at some point but then fail, your LMS would likely keep the passing score so that's another consideration.

I am using the SCORM cloud. I tested the content and passed the quiz with 92% (passing grade). Completion status is Complete, but Success status is unknown.
