Long quiz load times

I have several course modules that end in a quiz embedded in a Presenter 13 course. When the user arrives at the quiz the course appears to do nothing. After several minutes the quiz will finally load. These quizzes are typically 5 questions or less and have little to no content outside of text.
I have tested and reproduced the issue on two different LMSs, Litmos (the platform we use to deliver our courses) and a test account on Scormcloud.
I have also had others review the course on different computers and browsers (Edge, IE, Chrome and Firefox) and they have experienced the same issue.
I was able to get the quizzes to load normally by removing most of the course content which is not an ideal solution.

You mention being able to replicate in SCORM Cloud. Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?

I gave this a test in SCORM Cloud - and didn't experience any long loading times of the course or the individual questions. It took maybe 1.5 seconds between each question?
Can you test out this link? Also I was viewing it in Chrome for Windows - the latest version.

It worked but it did not have our custom player or any of the audio. Is it a possibility changes to the player could cause the quiz to have an issue loading?
I found the issue. There was a large amount of silence at the end of the course and it would not advance until the audio had finished playing. I deleted all excess audio and the course behaves as expected. Thanks for the assistance.
