This problem is occurring with one individual learner - 2 questions of the quiz are matching. The learner can move the matching selections to the proper matching line, but they do not stay connected. Consequently, the quiz thinks that the 2 questions have not been answered.
Many others have completed this quiz successfully. Not sure where to start with the troubleshooting.
If it's happening with one particular user, I'd start by finding out what browser they're viewing the course in. Depending on your version of Quizmaker, they could be viewing the course in a browser that isn't supported and that could make the course playback oddly.
