Menu issue with incorrect quiz answers

Hi,

I discovered an issue in the way the player menu displays individual quiz items, when they have been marked as incorrect.

Here are 2 screenshots which show that if the user gets the quiz all correct, the menu items all appear correctly under eachother but if they get something wrong you get text overlapping other text so you can't read it properly.

Is there anything I can do about it? Is this issue already known and if so could you advise if it's planned to be fixed?
