We are having an issue with some of our learners not being able to complete courses because the Finish button is missing. It's strange because it doesn't happen to all learners. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the number of attempts a learner makes before passing. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't figure out if there is something in settings that I can change to resolve this. Thanks!
When the quiz Finish action is set to 'Goes to Next Slide' and the quiz is the last slide of the presentation, then the Finish button will not appear. Please see the below article for a solution to this issue:
Thanks, Brian, but I don't think that this is the issue. The finish button comes up for the majority of our learners, but every once in a while we have someone who gets 100% on the quiz and the finish button does not appear. Have you seen this happen before?
Hi Brian - my quiz is not the last slide, I changed the finish action to go to "end slide" - but finish button still doesn't work. If I choose "close window" it doesn't show my last slide.
Are you experiencing this issue when previewing or after publishing?
When previewing a set number of slides, the Finish button Pass/Fail designated slide advance feature will not work as expected.
This is a known issue that has been reported to our Quality Assurance Team.
Please note, when selecting Preview Range of slides, selecting all will allow you to workaround this issue. This essentially is the same as publishing your project which is not effected by this and will work as expected.

I actually had problems with the published presentation. However, I solved this by choosing "end slide" as my finish button action - and republished. It now works.
