Hi When I look at the course in a browser all is fine. When I upload to Moodle after saving as SCORM1.2 I just see navigation nothing else. I have uploaded sample content from Articulate and after playing with window size it looked fine but something is wrong here and I don't know how to fix this. I tried joining the SCORM cloud but the Sandbox also hung when trying to upload this file?
Course import failed, error was: Error opening the manifest file. Could not load manifest from-/courses/3RUY3MKTUZ/Mental20Health20Users20Survey20in20articulatefb1e5f07-027e-4af4-9cd6-c990209fbfe8/0/imsmanifest.xml Possible causes of this problem include a bad file location, insufficient permissions, or an invalid XML document (check for un-encoded special XML characters such as & > <. The specific error message is: No matching opening tag was found in the XML document

If you see a message that the manifest can't be found when launching a course in your learning management system (LMS), it's likely that the SCORM output was zipped incorrectly. See thisarticle for more information.

Are you stating that everything looks fine when you are testing in SCORM Cloud, but something is off in Moodle?
Sorry, just wanting to clarify. If that's the case, hopefully someone will be able to assist you with sorting out your issue with Moodle.

Thanks can I just resave and Zip properly or do I have to start over?

Absolutely Amy! Just re-publish the content and use the zip button on the Publish Successful dialog box
