Multiple Answer, assign point value

Good Afternoon All,

I have a slight dilemma, I am creating a "checklist" as a multiple response question.

I need to assign a point value per answer for a total of the question.

So for example if I check off 2 out of the 8 questions, then my total for that question is 25%.

Is this possible, or does anyone have a suggestion on how to do this differently?
