Hi Martin and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! I must have missed your question somehow, so sorry you did not get a response sooner. Can you share what you are trying to accomplish or what difficulty you had in the past? I'm not sure that I'm following you. You can utilize different sets of questions and tally the results at the end of the quiz, but I'm thinking I am missing something in your question.
Thanks for coming back. Yes I can explain more fully. I developed a course a few years ago using Studio 09. It's on listening skills. The guts of the course are 22 individual quizzes organised by difficulty and vertical market. Each quiz has 10 scenarios to listen to. This is then dropped into Presenter and rendered as usual.
The issue has always been that you can only gather scores/input into an LMS from one quiz per course. There were possibly some ways around that which I could experiment with. But in truth I've also been waiting for non Flash options to arrive since most call centres (my audience for this course) are so locked down that streaming the desktop was not as easy.
That's the background. My question is as follows
1. I'm assuming this restriction remains in Studio 09 and that nothing changed over any upgrades
2. Does Studio 13 overcome that restriction ( i.e. I could gather scores per individual over 22 different quizzes all housed in a single course)
Hi Martin! Based on your description, yes, that situation remains. This is a limitation of the LMS though, not Studio. You can have all of those quizzes in your course, but reporting remains the issue.
So, I understand that the LMS will not track the score of more than one quizmaker quiz. (I'm using Articulate Online on a trial). So, if I'm simply using the quizzes within the course as a "stop," to prevent from moving on to the next module, can I CHOOSE to only report my FINAL exam into the results on the LMS?
As of right now, I have a 56 slide course that is showing the user "completed" after passing the quiz on slide 17. I can obviously see that they didn't go all the way through the course, BUT I'd like to pin the "completed" status on something other than that FIRST quiz.
If they can't move forward until the FINAL has been passed, can I set the "Completed" status to my FINAL SLIDE?

Is that any clearer?
Many thanks

Did I see someone mention on another thread that Storyline will allow tracking of multiple quizzes within the same course?
Hi Ed and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
There is a thread here that may be of assistance to you as well as this article.
I've also found some various information on Storyline here and here.
