Does anyone have a similar experience and if so, how did you resolve it?
It all started with me performing the last major upgrade to STORYLINE. Almost simultaneously my licensed Studio 13 started complaining that it was now an evaluation copy with 30 trail days left.
Everyday I religiously entered my purchased activation code. It completed the registration process and then upon re-entry, it again assumed evaluation copy status. My 30 days have now expired and my real troubles have begun.
I think the best bet would be to reach out to our sales team and make sure that you have the right numbers and that everything looks good. Unfortunately, that is out of my realm of expertise
