Was updated to a new computer at work, reloaded Quizmaker and now it is displayed so small on the monitor, that it is difficult to see or read. Is there someway other than adjusting the screen resolution (didn't help much) that will make it easier to read. See attached screen shot. BTW...old screen resolution at 1280 by 800. New screen at 1440 x 900. Thanks for your help!
You may want to check your DPI settings on your computer. We recommend setting at 96DPI. If this does not correct the issue, you may want to look over the steps here to repair your software.
Thanks! You're suggestion did help me figure out a solution. First, the DPI settings has gone away in Windows 10, so you have to adjust the scaling percentage. 100% is equal to 96 dpi. My tablet default was 200% which was also automatically used on both external monitors. This was causing the size issue. I set one of the external monitors as my main screen and then changed the scaling on them to 100% which made Quizmaker look normal again. I was also able to keep the scaling on my tablet monitor at 200% making viewing on it easier.
Thought you would like to have this info if someone else encounters the issue.
You are correct Ricky - 100% is 96 DPI and had I shared the documentation, it would have spelled out what I failed to do :) Glad you were able to dig through and figure that out.
Thanks for popping in with an update and sharing with the community as well.
