No Font Appearing

Hi group!

One of the reasons I chose Quizmaker for my project is this great forum, I'm just sorry I have to refer to it so soon.

I've tried Quizmaker on two different computers, and for the life of me, I get no font when I input a question.  The odd thing is, if I run spellcheck in Quizmaker, I can see what I typed!

I did find the article that several posters linked to about deleting the Articulate fonts, but I have no idea how I'm supposed to know which fonts they are.   I tried a repair and that didn't do any good.

I tried Quizmaker on both Win 7 and 8, so that's not it.   No other problems on either puter.  If anyone has an idea of what steps I could take next, I'd love to hear 'em so I can get started!

Hi Chris and welcome to Heroes! 

I'm sorry to hear that this has to be your first foray into the forums, but hopefully we'll be able to get you back on track! 

Is it the text on every slide, or just a specific slide? Have you tried to import it into a new file? 

You mentioned not being able to find the Articulate fonts, so I wanted to point you to this article  which will help you find them and then do another repair. Another thing to check when things are not displaying correctly (or at all) is your computers DPI settings, they should be set to DPI 96.

Lastly, if you'd like to submit a Support case our team can look a bit further into what's happening.

Hi Ashley!

Actually, I meant to say I could not find the fonts when I followed the instructions in that article.  : )      The font actually disappears when I enter a question -- I never get the chance to get any further.  I'll have a look at the DPI settings and then open a case if I can't dope this out over the weekend.    Thanks for your help!
