Not moving to course history Quizmaker 13

We are using a trial of Quizmaker 13 to test compatibility with our LMS before upgrading from 09. However the exam wont move from the Training List to the Training History when the exam is failed. We want the student to re-register for the exam if they fail. Here are the publish settings and results we found (minimum passing is 65%):
Passed /Incomplete - PASS: moves to history, FAIL: stays in training
Passed/ Failed - PASS: moves to history, FAIL: stays in training
Complete/ Incomplete - PASS: stays in training, FAIL: didn't test because of Pass result
Complete/ Failed - PASS: stays in training, FAIL: didn't test because of Pass result
Any suggestions on why this is happening? The exams created in Quizmaker 09 didn't have any issues. We also don't have any issues with the courses created in Storyline and tracking is set to quiz result.

Hi Jeff,
Is the "Training History" a link within the course or a part of your LMS that you'd like the user to see after failing? You didn't mention what LMS you're using, but possibly if you're able to share that here there may be someone in the community able to offer advice. Additionally, if it's a link within the course that is misbehaving on the Fail page, you can also test it within SCORM Cloud to see if you are able to replicate the behavior. If not, I'd share those results with your LMS team. If you're able to replicate the behavior there, please feel free to share your .quiz file with us here or share it privately here.
