It appears as though your installation is corrupt. As a quick workaround you can try the instructions in the following link. Please note the link below is labeled for Engage but applies for Quizmaker as well.

Please ignore the the instructions regarding Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.

If the above link does not help, please reinstall the Articulate Studio. Make sure you restart your system after uninstalling and again after installing.
