Problem when User 'Fails' a test Sep 25, 2018 By David Brooks Hi I have written my first Storyline project. Im happy with the content I've created a test/quiz and have set 10 questions, it works well if the User passes the test but I am having problems if the User fails the test. Im struggling with two things: review of questions the slides seem to get stuck in the review mode, I can't see a way of coming out of review and starting the test again resitting the test. I can't seem to get to the start of the test - the previous answers given are still there and it won't let over type take place Any help appreciated?

Glad you've joined us. 😁 First, you'll want to be sure you've added a Results Slide after the quiz questions. That results slide should have two built-in layers: Success and Failure. On the Failure layer, add a Review Quiz button and a Retry Quiz button. You can find those buttons on the Result Tools—Design tab on the ribbon. Those buttons come with built-in triggers, so you don't have to create those triggers on your own. Let me know if you've already gotten that far, and we'll go from there!

First, you'll want to be sure you've added a Results Slide after the quiz questions. That results slide should have two built-in layers: Success and Failure.
On the Failure layer, add a Review Quiz button and a Retry Quiz button. You can find those buttons on the Result Tools—Design tab on the ribbon.
Those buttons come with built-in triggers, so you don't have to create those triggers on your own.
