problem while previewing

Hi! I'm using the trial version. My operating system is Windows Xp SP3 . I have some issues when I try to preview the quiz. It looks like in the image.What shall I do ? Thanks in advance.

If you preview or publish a quiz and no text displays in the published output, the issue is likely related to the installation of Articulate fonts. Please see the following article for more details:
