I am trying to create questions using hotspot but I'm running in to a problem. The question requires that I add directional lines over the image (to indicate anatomical directions such as anterior, posterior, etc.). When I add those lines over the image and preview, it will no longer allow me to click anywhere on the image, only certain areas - those areas don't seem to have any relationship with the directional line, but seem to just be random. Any thoughts about what is causing this or recommendations?

Have you tried publishing to see if the issue carries over to the published version? Just thinking out loud. Let me know...
I tried publish it as you receommended, but it didn't change anything, unfortunately.
