I'm not sure if someone had encounter the same issue, hope you can help me. We have to two laptops where the articulate studio 13 were installed. One with windows 10 pro and the other one with windows 7. I don't have an issue if the articulate quizmaker was published with the laptop with windows 7 but for the windows 10 pro, it does not generate the results or print result when being open to other computers.
How are you publishing and sharing this course? Are you uploading it to the intended environment prior to testing this functionality?

It sounds like it's a different course, right? Not the same one published and getting different results?
Would you be able to share the .quiz file that you are having trouble getting the results to display? I'd be happy to take a look.

Thank you for entertaining my inquiry.
Actually any courses published in the laptop (with windows pro 10) can't
generate the result / print result once open in different unit.
It only generate result if the course was open on that specific laptop.
