Publishing Quizmaker to Word

I am having trouble publishing my quizmaker file as a Word document. It only publishes the first slide out of 12 slides.
I tried restarting my computer and saving it to a different location on my computer--but no luck.
Any ideas?

Hi Sara!
When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Quizmaker '13 quizzes, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources. See this article for more information

Thank you for your assistance; however, I still wasn't able to publish the Quizmaker file as a Word document. I just ended up taking screen shots and pasting them into Word for my SME.
