Pulling Quiz results in LMS (Oracle)

Learn (Oracle) does not appear to have a report to pull individual Web Based Training responses in a free form answer. Hopefully someone here has come across this issue.

We have found a way to record missed questions in Oracle Taleo Learn

we use both capt8 and story2

Not easy but works.....

Use question weight or point values then use excel to decode it.....

In short:

question 1=1 points 

question 2=10 points

question 3=100 points

Then you get crazy scores like 111 if the got all correct.  

11 mean they missed #3 101 they missed #2

You will need to build an excel tool to do it and you can only get to about 8-10 questions before the math gives you a headache. capt maxes at 1000 and story 2 999.

If you are smart you will see a better pattern. 

Pro tip build in excel first then assign pts to be sure of no repeats.

question 4=3 points

question 5=33 points

question 6=333 points

question 7=5 points

question 8=55 points

question 9=555 points

but no 6 and 9 as they would make too many repeats

see how the permutations get harder... 

it's funky but works...
