How do I put a sound clip at the end of each quiz so that an "Applause" or music clip is triggered when the learner answered all questions correct, and another clip such as "Boo" or other sound,when the learner answered all questions wrong?
You can add sound on a per question basis if you would like via the feedback window.
It sounds as if you are more interested in just having some sound at the end of your quiz, so perhaps utilizing the feedback layers on the result slide is what you are looking for.

We have a tutorial here on editing the result slide and from here you can see that you can insert media as well.
