Question not showing when review quiz
Sep 10, 2015
Hi, I have built an animation with three result slides plus one summary result slide. Two of the result slides are working and I am able to review all the questions and the correct answers are showing.
However one result slide is not working. I have checked that the appropriate questions are selected. They seem to be included in the final mark calculation but one question each time doesn't appear when you review the questions.
Any feedback greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Masha

Hi, Masha -- Welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear this is not working as you'd like, but would it be possible for your to share your .story file so we can take a closer look for you?
All you need to do is click on the grey "Add Attachment" button here in the thread to attach your file. :)
Hi Christie,
Thanks for the reply. I have attached the animation. The slide I am having difficulties with is called slide. 1.39 Results Dilution.
Kind regards, Masha
Hi, Masha -- thanks for sharing your .story file. I will check it out and be in touch as soon as possible. :)
Hi, Masha -- so that I am able to test your course as quickly and efficiently as possible, would you be able to provide me with an answer key so I can run through the course without having to change any of your settings (and can avoid spending the time to look up the metric conversions)?
Or, would you be able to share a pared-down version of your .story file that isolates the issue you are seeing instead of the entire course, perhaps? Either would be really helpful and appreciated! :)
Hi Christie,
I have attached the answer key. The questions are in the order of the key. The section I am having problems with is the Dilution section.
Thanks again, Masha
Awesome, Masha -- thanks so much! I will run through your course again shortly, and will be in touch with my findings. :)
Hi, Masha -- Thanks so much for your patience as I tested your file. I was able to see the behavior you have described, but unfortunately, I was not able to determine the root of the issue. I think it would be advantageous for our Support Engineers to take a closer look for you, so I have gone ahead and submitted a ticket for a case with our Support team on your behalf (00645184).
You will be hearing from someone via email after your case has been reviewed, and I intend to follow along and share updates here in the thread in case others encounter the same situation. Thanks, Masha! :)
