I have put together my first storyline and created a complimentary quiz. However when I have published it always freezes on the second question, even if rearrange the questions? I can test the slide individually and this work but when I publish the scene this doesn't work either?

I ran through the quiz with my teammates to try to pinpoint what the issue was. It looks like the culprit is actually the fourth question of the quiz. If you navigate to that slide and look at the Form View, for the choice CWD there is no answer there:
