Quiz freezes slide 2 slides before quiz
Feb 16, 2018
PowerPoint 2016 and Presenter 360 with 83 slides. The quiz with 10 questions is inserted 1 slide before the end. Mixture of TF, MC, MR.
The slideshow stops 2 slides before the quiz. That slide will not advance and the next slide cannot be clicked on in the menu. The quiz can be accessed from the menu, runs fine, shows the results, then will not advance to final slide.
No problems in the presentation once the quiz is removed. I have tested in preview, Articulate Review, and SCORM Cloud. I have remade the quiz. I have replaced the slides that were frozen.
Occasionally it will work once, but next time I test, it freezes. And sometimes it's the 3rd slide before the quiz.
I can't release to the client until this works. And the client insists that it remains in Presenter.

Hey Carol,
Sorry you're having a tough time, and thanks for letting us know what you already tried. Since the course is acting up in SCORM Cloud, we'll want to take a closer look at it.
Could you create an Articulate Package, then send the zipped package our way by clicking here? We'll do some further testing and let you know what we find.
Attached is a zipped package, SCORM 1.2. Audio has not been added, it's in the process of being recorded. It freezes on slide 80.
Thank you,

Hi Carol
looks like you've responded via email and unfortunately attachments in email won't display in the forum. You'll need to click the View option in the email to come in and use the grey 'add attachment' button at the bottom of the post to upload your file.
Attached, sorry about that I could not see the buttons...too light of a gray.
Thanks for opening a support case, Carol! Our engineers will have a closer look at your file, and they'll reach out as soon as they've tested it. I'll follow along and share updates here, as needed!
I ran all the Articulate 360 updates this morning and now the published project runs fine. No freezing two slides before the quiz. My colleague published the PowerPoint in the trial version of Articulate 360/Presenter and had the same issue as I had last week. But today.....no problems. Let's hope this holds as we have more work on this project.
Thank you,

Sounds great Carol! Thanks for popping in with an update :)
