We are having difficulty with a Presenter course that was recently published. Everything seems to work fine for the internal users, but some - not all - external users are having issues.
The course starts fines, plays a couple of videos fine, and then hangs at the first Quizmaker quiz. I have not been able to get the course to work remotely in IE9 or in Firefox.
I am not sure what the next steps should be for troubleshooting. Does anyone have suggestions?
There are some steps you can try here, but nothing specific to IE9 or Firefox. If you'd like to send our support team a link to your course, they'd be happy to test it out from their end and work with you to troubleshoot the issue.
