I am not sure which version of Studio you are using, so I will provide instruction for both.
Studio '13:
You can edit the properties that you can see here on the placeholder slide or you can actually choose to Edit in Quizmaker. If you would like to look at the tutorial on this, it can be found here.
Studio '09 is very similar and has the same options, but it looks a bit different:
