Good Afternoon, I am hoping someone can help me. Once I publish a module (web based) and finish the quiz within it I select 'Print Results' a field pops up and I enter my name but nothing happens.
Does anyone have some tips on how I can get this to work? I have to send this out to a couple of hundred people and it would be great if it works.
I have this same issue. I disabled my pop-up blocker but nothing has changed. I cannot e mail the results either. I am doing web based publishing within a local network and we use outlook for e mail
What the issue was with us is that adobe flash was not recognizing that the file/folder it was coming from was trusted. I wrote the steps below we asked people to take to ensure it worked. The process was a little tedious at first but now we dont have any tech issues at all with our assessments of E-Learning modules. I hope the below works for you too.

1. On the Adobe Flash Player Security → click Settings…
2. Click on the Advanced tab and then Trusted Location Settings…
3. Click Add…
4. Type the website domain/Folder the test is coming from then Confirm
5. Make sure the Path is stored and then Close
** In order for these settings to be saved you must close your browser and open a new window with the eLearning module.

Hi Alyssa,
It sounds like your pop-up blocker is enabled in your browser. Just disable it and it should work properly.
