Quiz score not captured

I'd used the Quizmaker to create a quiz and published it on my company's e-learning web portal.

Problem is the web portal could not capture the score of the quiz, after a student has completed it.

Normal 0 false false false EN-US ZH-CN X-NONE

Attached are snapshots of the steps I took.

Could you point out what I did wrong?
