You're not able to view the published version, but others have been able to access the quiz after it's been published, correct? if that's the case, we may need to see if it's an issue with your current installation of flash. It's possible that you have a corrupt installation of the Flash Player. The only way to ensure that the corruption has been removed it to actually uninstall Flash Player first and then reinstall it.
Uninstall your current version of the Flash Player. Follow the steps here:
Finally, you'll want to make sure that the path to the quiz file is small & doesn't contain special characters like (&, %, #, etc). You can check this by launching your browser, then copy and paste the address into a program like Word or Notepad.
If you continue to have issues, check to see if you can replicate the issue on another quiz file. The issue could be resolved by simply republishing the quiz and re-uploading it to your LMS or web server.
Reinstalling Flash Player is just one troubleshooting step to rule out faulty Flash Player causing the problem. It is weird that it works for some and not for others, more likely something's going on locally. For users who are getting the forever loading cursor when it gets to the quiz slide, I would suggest :
1. Clear browser cache. 2. Try other browsers and see if the same issue occurs.
If a user can constantly reproduce this behavior, you may want to contact our support so they can further investigate and provide necessary troubleshooting steps to get this corrected.
I discovered that the length of the title of the published package (SCORM 1.2) was the catalyst.
Anything over 22 characters for the Presenter package title would not load the Quizmaker file.
Is this a known issue?
Unfortunately because of intellectual property rights of the content I cannot supply a copy.
I will have a look and see if I can replicate the situation.

Tony, you are my new hero... I have been working on this file for TWO DAYS and have even recreated the quiz from scratch, thinking it was corrupted. I simply changed the name of the file to something shorter, and it works. Go figure.
I discovered it by accident when I completely rebuilt both elements of the module and gave the package a new name. As it was shorter and worked I renamed the original one letter at a time until I got to the length that worked.
I would be interested in any of the local Articulate guru's opinions?

Hi Sandy, I'm curious what happens if you reload the course? Can you ever load the quiz slide? How long do you wait for the quiz to load up?
Hi There,
It just happened again and again.
I couldn't load this quiz slide, the wheel just stopped. Please see the attachment.
Thanks for your timely reply.

Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
I am not so sure that this is a corrupt installation.
I have several users reporting the same issue with a newly published version of an assessment embedded in a presentation.
The initial slide loads but when you try to advance to the slide with a Quizmaker on it you just get the spinning wheel.
