quiz.swf can not be renamed.

Jun 23, 2011

i find a question about articulate quizmaker.when i rename the file quiz.swf,it can not show.

can you tell me how to rename the file quiz.swf.

why i must rename quiz.swf?

because i use quizmaker to publish 3 group questions about English and these 3  swf files must be in one directory,so they must have 3 different names!

how can i do ,who can tell me?

i make a example ,and bring to here.  its name is example.rar

thank you very much

I don't see why you couldn't do this but you need to find and rename quiz.swf in the supporting html and js files. Depending on how you are using the quiz. quiz.html has two areas for instance that need to be changed: 1) var g_strContentFolder = "quiz_content"; You'd want to rename that to "quiz1_content" and var g_strSwfFile = "quiz.swf"; rename to "quiz1.swf" also if you are using the supplied index_lms.html file you need to replace : strContentLocation = "quiz.html";  as quiz1.html and ofcourse renaming the actual quiz.html file mentioned previously to quiz1.html.

Having never attempted this this may be a few other places where you need to repoint the files to your newly named swf's.

Goodluck
