Is there a way to turn off the requirement that you scroll to the end of a scroll panel? I have a scroll panel that when you scroll to the end, it claims you need to scroll further (even though you can see everything). I would like to turn this functionality off.

If so, you can disable that pop-up message within the Player Features:
