Quizmaker and Excel Import Issues

Excel Issue - Text

Every time I am importing from excel many of my question text are coming up with squares in lieu of letters. Does anyone have a solution?

Could you please share what font you are currently using in Excel? What font are you looking to use in Quizmaker?
Is this happening when importing into a brand new Quizmaker file?
