Quizmaker e-mail issue

I designed a quiz to send results to a person at the client company, When I look at the tutorial and take the quiz I am able to e-mail results to the client personnel as well as myself. When they view the course on their intranet they are not able to even pull up the e-mail, much less send it.

Their network staff says I need to find out what communication port Quizmaker uses in the e-mail process so they can determine if their security is blocking the Quizmaker e-mail function.

Can you tell me what communication port is used by the Quizmaker e-mail function?
