Quizmaker error when publishing to Word

We're looking at publishing all quiz data into Word so a client can review a whole bunch of stuff without have to go through all the slides etc.  However, we have about 15 individual quizzes and they all come up with the same error:

"Unhandled exception has occurred ... Index was out for range ..."

Is there a way around this?  Do I need to submit a case?
