Hi, I have a quiz that plays fine on through our LMS (Litmos) from desktop, but doesn't on mobile (iOS or Android).
Our Litmos LMS on mobile has both a native app and a responsive site. On either mobile access points, it freezes up upon submitting the first question response. Can anyone please help?
Hi, Clark -- Thanks so much for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! As your course in intended for an LMS, may I ask if you are also finding the same behavior when you test your course via the SCORM Cloud, both on desktop and on an iPad?
Hi. Has there been a solution to this as I'm having the same issue with a post-test quiz. It works fine on laptop and SCORM Cloud but freezes up on our LMS Mobile App. (The pre-test questions work fine, they do not include Correct or Incorrect layers)
I see where you posted a similar question here specific to Storyline and then this question has been posted in the Quizmaker forum.
Not sure which software you are using, but you do mention not working as intended on your LMS Mobile App, which is not a viewing environment that we can help in supporting.
