I created a PPT presentation and added my quiz and it launches fine inside of my LMS but after the results screen, it freezes. "FINISH" does not do anything.

Check out this article for the common reasons that your finish button may not be working in your course.
Could this also be impacted in Quiz Properties when you can either close window or go to next slide?
Since it is the last slide I guess it gets confused
