Quizmaker quizzes not appearing in Corporate Comm template

I have built a course using the 09 suite. I published it in the Corporate Communications template. Regularly, but inconsistently, when I publish, some of the graded quizzes will not appear (there are 5). Sometimes the circle appears and just keeps spinning, other times the screen just stays white. It can be a different quiz each time, and which one works or doesn't can change when I save and republish, even if I made no changes, or changes not affecting the quizzes. I had published the same course multiple times in another vendor's template, and this did not happen, but then decided to use the Corp Comm template, and this started happening immediately. Any ideas? Thanks!

Welcome to Heroes! I believe that one way to resolve these issues is to reinsert the quizzes. Just to be sure, would you mind going ahead and submitting a Support case. Please make sure to include your files, following these instructions when doing so.
