I have created a quiz with multiple choices. The user can try three times before a layer with the correct answers shows up and he can continue in the course.
When I test the quiz in the slide preview it works perfectly fine. But when I test the quiz in the project review it does not take the right answers anymore - when I click on the right answers it shows me "incorrect". I am really desperately lost here. Here you can see a screenshot to view the triggers.
Hi Lisa! I'm not sure if I'm following what is going on here. Your quiz does not work correctly when inserted into a Presenter project, or you are seeing answers marked incorrectly during Quiz Review?
Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look at?
you can preview the project in Articulate - you can preview the current slide or the entire project. But to make things easy, sure I can send it to you - can you give me an email-Address? Or which way should I share the file with you?
I tried to upload the file six times, but there is a problem and the file cannot be uploaded. Is there another way to share the file with you, maybe via email?
Hi Lisa! Sorry to hear that you ran into an issue. If you could send an e-mail to support@articulate.com, then hopefully that will work better for you. Perhaps it's a browser issue with the file upload on the support case as I have not had any issues reported, and cases are coming in.
