To solve a problem with Windows 10, my computer was given a complete clean up. Windows 10 was thrown off and window 8 reloaded. But at the same time all my programs were thrown off also and apparently could not be reloaded. All my data was saved luckely. I used to have Articulate quizmaster 9 on my computer, which I use for E-learning training. I know the number of the program I had bought and password. But what should I do to get this program reloaded?
