remove next question button in quiz

Feb 07, 2011

Hello

I have a true or false quiz that directs to an image on a blank slide. (both answers)

Is there a way to remove the next question button?  The next slide is not a question, it is feedback.

Also with 2 slide questions, I dont get the option to retry quiz.

I want it to be seamless...

Thanks in advance for any help

Gabe,

I have a situation like this: I want to play a single video from a tab. I'm doing this using a blank quiz page and importing a flash movie. I only want this "quiz" to be a single page with no navigation. I want users to be able to return to this tab as often as needed. But if I use your suggestion above regarding allowing users to attempt only once, then that kills my plan for having users come back as often as possible. When I try tyour scenario above I can only play the video once. If I try to return to the tab the video won't play.  I can't seem to get rid of the submit button either. Basically I want the tab to have just a video and a close button. No navigation. Can you suggest a solution?

Thanks.

Lou

Brian,

Thanks for the suggestion. I was going to look into Engage for a solution. The media tour works ok except I can't fully get rid of the navigation at the top(even though it's grayed out). I also noticed that if I come back to the video(tab) a second time the movie starts automatically(I have auto start unchecked). Works correctly the first time I visit the tab. Not exactly a show stopper but I'd rather have the user start it. I'll look around engage more and see if another interaction will do the trick.

Thanks again,

Lou

Lou,

This will remove that navigation at the top: http://elearningenhanced.com/products/engage-controls
