Reporting Questions and Responses when using Freeform Questions

Hello all,

We have a quiz that was created using the Freeform question slides. We have a business unit who wants a report showing all questions and responses for all participants. The report we are pulling that would normally show the question is only showing "pick one, pick many, etc." Does anyone know of a way to add the question into the Freeform graded question slide so that it might also show on this report?

Are you publishing your course to an LMS? If so, which one? By default, freeform questions don't send question text to an LMS since they don't generally have question fields or title boxes.

Here's how to send question text to your LMS for a freeform question:

Change your slide layout to a layout that includes a title box, then enter your question text into the title box on the slide.

2. Publish your course for SCORM 2004, xAPI (Tin Can API), or cmi5.
