Sounds like the hover state on the object might be incorrect.  Or, you may have a trigger that is grabbing the wrong state.

Unfortunately I don't see States option. Can it be because I'm using company created template? Is it something they are supposed to change?

I'm with Holley. Let's see if these steps do the trick on getting the States section back: Go to the View tab on the Storyline ribbon and click Redock All Windows.

Redock All Windows didn't fix it. But I noticed that I can see "states" only in Storyline, not in Quizmaker.

I managed to fix this bug, I just opened new template and copied my questions from old test then this bug in the results slide didn't appear anymore.
