I have a quiz where I have it set to allow multiple tries on the quiz. If the user fails the quiz on the first try, the retry quiz button appears. When I click on the Retry Quiz button, the score resets, but the user stays on the results screen. Any ideas?
Yes, I did. I think I have determined the problem, but I need to test this to be sure. I had imported my results slides from a previous quiz. When importing them, it appears that the Retry Quiz button breaks. I was able to fix it by unchecking the Allow users to retry quiz checkbox, then checking it. This essentially reset the Retry Quiz button. After that, it worked.
I think this would be a bug, if what I think is happening tests out. I'll try on a new quiz this afternoon and see what happens.
I am experiencing a similar issue. The settings on my presentation match the ones above, however, when User fails to select the correct answer, the "Retry" button does not appear. Please click on link below and advise.

Hi Michael!
Do you have this set up whether the learner passes or fails?

Do you have the Failure/Success layer set to allow the quiz retries and the number of attempts set Johana? I cannot tell that from the screencast.
