SCO's showing up within client's LMS, Saba

I have built a large multi sco package using simple scorm packager, the client required that some of the modules should be hidden on the navigation bar. To explain what i mean, imagine i needed Module 1 to show, but not module 1b and 1c, but i wanted them to follow on, in this way the user would still believe they were in Module 1, not in 3 seperate modules, the sequencing is set up so the modules follow on.

Using Cloud Scorm i simply changed the values within the XML so they neccesary modules were not visible. However the problem is, our client uses an LMS known as Saba, when they uploaded the course into their LMS, these modules became visible again, does anybody have an idea why this might be happening? Due to the XML being changed so these are not visible, i do not understand why this is happening in the clients LMS.
