I have an Articulate seat license in the US. I am leaving my current employer and I need to transfer my Articulate seat license to colleague in Zurich Switzerland. Please help.
However, we've made a one-time exception to our EULA based on your circumstances. To make sure the transfer is properly recorded in our activation server, do this:
1) Make sure you have an Internet connection. 2) Uninstall the software from the original user's computer. This releases the license registration. 3) Install the software on the new user's computer. 4) Activate the software with your serial number and register the new user when prompted.

Articulate licenses are typically non-transferable from one user to another per our license agreement:
