Does anyone know how I can set the print results (in the pass results ) to close once a participant has entered their name and generated the certificate to print. Once you close the browser with the certificate another name can be entered and another certificate generated even if that second person has not completed the training. Help!
thanks for your reply Leslie, but it is still allowing for multiple names to be put into the name prompter and multiple results certificats (using different names) generated.
After I type my name into the name prompter, a results certificate is generated.
I can then go back to the results page,
click on print results and am again prompted my name...so I add a different name and it prints that different name onto a results certificate.
That's how the feature to allow the user to print results (and prompt for name) works.
What I have seen users do is add a question to the quiz that requires the user to input their name, then it will show in the printed results. Not sure if this would help you.

oh yeah, this is for quizmaker 09
Hi Aimee!
Are you users choosing to resume the course of the previous user? How is this course published? Are the users not having to login at all?
You may need to disable the prompt to resume in Quizmaker '09, please do the following:
1. Open your quiz in Quizmaker '09.
2. Click the Player Templates button on the toolbar.
3. Select your player template, and click the Edit button.
4. Select the Navigation tab.
5. Deselect the check box for "Prompt to resume on quiz restart".
6. Click the OK button.
7. Click the Close button to edit the Player Template Manager.
8. Publish your quiz.
